These general conditions of sale (the "General Conditions") are applicable to product orders placed by internet with LS DIFFUSION Shop. By placing an order with LS DIFFUSION Shop, the consumer (the "Buyer") accepts the application of these General Conditions.
Price
The prices of this online store are indicated in Euros and Swiss Francs, net amounts, VAT included and guaranteed. Items benefiting from a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the article, justified by the accompanying document (invoice) which we ask you to keep carefully. Are not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, non-compliance with the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.
Availablity
Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines from our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to LS DIFFUSION Shop. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

LS DIFFUSION Shop offers different payment methods :
Delivery and transportation
Items available are sent by carrier within 6 to 8 working days for products in stock and within 12 to 15 working days for products out of stock. Participation on your part is requested only once per order (flat rate of €9.00 / CHF 10.80). From an amount of €50.00 / CHF 60.00, delivery is free. LS DIFFUSION Shop only delivers to the countries listed on the Delivery page.
PLEASE NOTE: LS DIFFUSION Shop does not deliver its parcels to post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or under guardianship, except with the written authorization of the parents or guardian.
Legal warranties
Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude obvious defects in material and workmanship, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them.
Data protection
All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the management of the order.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the Porrentruy District Court.
