Why take GARCI MAX + - Food supplement in capsules ?

GSG-COMPLEX™ contributes to weight loss when following a low-calorie diet. Spirulina has a supportive and restorative action. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 3 grams of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each per day, to swallow with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and when following a low-caloriediet.

HOW TO USE :

We recommend taking 2 capsules 3 times a day before main meals and as part of a low-calorie diet. Swallow with 1-2 glasses of water.

WARNING :

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under the age of three years. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The product should be used in conjunction with a low calorie diet, healthy lifestyle and regular exercise.
